Working with Nancy on the Fancy Face Aesthetic & Wellness website was both rewarding and full of valuable challenges. Since Nancy isn’t very tech-savvy, I made it a priority to explain each step in a clear, approachable way without overwhelming her with technical language.

Throughout the project, I worked through hurdles involving domain and hosting setup, email delivery, mobile responsiveness, and third-party patient portal integration, while keeping her informed and comfortable with every decision. We collaborated closely, shared ideas, and refined the design until it truly reflected her bold and welcoming personality. This experience strengthened my ability to solve technical problems, adapt my communication style, and guide a client confidently from their initial vision to a finished website they’re genuinely excited about.
